The Unraveling
Model: Amy Miller
This was an interesting piece. It was an idea I had wanted to try for a while.
Truth be told, a few times during the process of painting I wasnt exactly sure I was pleased with where the painting was going. Luckily I had the right model for this one.
Amy insisted I just keep going and not worry about it not working. Even though she wasnt 100% certain what the vision was exactly. She believed it would look good in the end. It wasnt until I took the pictures that I felt good about what was created. I could see that I made the effect that I was looking for and the pics looked really good. There are a few things I would do different next time I try to incorporate this look but I wound up loving the pics. Thanks Amy!
Extra Credit to Amy for essentially naming the piece.
